The sample arrived literally the next day accompanied by some heart shaped chocolates, which was a nice touch. After a few days I knew I was happy with my choice so I returned the sample and ordered my Wedding ring, which I had inscribed. The sample deposit (£2) arrived back in my account swiftly! I had an estimated delivery date but the ring arrived earlier than expected, which was great but a bit more warning might be good, as the shippment email only came the day before. Maybe just a heads up that it’s ready to ship might be a good thing to add in? The ring arrived via Special Delivery and in a gorgeous ring box. My fiancé who doesn’t generally wear any jewellery or accessories also took advantage of the free sample service and ordered a selection to help him decide what style he prefered. His ring also arrived early which is great as we are eloping!
